Recommendations for upgrading an ESM deployment to CCS 11.0

If you are using ESM to collect message based data, following are the recommendations for upgrading to CCS.
If the computer that hosts the ESM Manager matches the recommended hardware for CCS Manager, you can upgrade the ESM Manager to CCS Manager.
For message based data collection, you can deploy 1 CCS Manager for every 4000 agents.
