The AntiSpam license has expired.
The AntiVirus license has expired.
Affected module: brightmail_engine and im_brightmail_engine
Product version: Symantec Brightmail Gateway 9.0 and later versions
Starting more than 60 days after a relevant license expires, error messages appear in your logs. AntiVirus or AntiSpam processing is suspended. Messages are neither cleaned nor filtered.
The current license that you registered for your scanner for the Symantec AntiVirus or Symantec AntiSpam and AntiSpim has expired.
Contact Symantec to obtain a new license. After obtaining the new license file, you must register the license for each Scanner that you install and enable to use Symantec Messaging Gateway features. You can use the same license file to register multiple Scanners.
To license your product, complete the following steps.
