The patches listed below from MS12-039 Lync and MS12-040 Microsoft Dynamics AX are not available in PMImport (6.2 and 7.x) files for distribution.

A.  One Update released in MS12-039 for Lync 2010 Attendee (user level install)
 1.  MS12-039_AttendeeUser.msp
Please find the below information from Microsoft bulletin page (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/bulletin/ms12-039) see the section, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Related to This Security Update.

Why is the Lync 2010 Attendee (user level install) update only available from the Microsoft Download Center?
Microsoft is releasing the update for Lync 2010 Attendee (user level install) to the Microsoft Download Center only. Because the user level installation of Lync 2010 Attendee is handled through a Lync session, distribution methods such as automatic updating are not appropriate for this type of installation scenario.

B.  Two update released in MS12-040 for Dynamics AX.
 2.  MS12-040_DynamicsAX2012-KB2706738.EXE
 3.  MS12-040_DynamicsAX2012-KB2710639.EXE
When we install these updates on setup they do not make any change in registry or file version information. So we are unable to detect whether these updates have installed successfully on machine. When we install these update on setup they import model (.axmodel) files information in Dynamics database tables.

Here, the only information which you need to verify manually whether the update has installed successfully is:
After installing the update and when you start the Microsoft Dynamics AX client you will see a dialog that indicates that the model store has been modified.
OR
You can also go to Tools>Model Management>Models installed. You should see a model with the KB number.

The above three updates are not available in PMImport files. If machines do have these products installed, they will need to manually install these patches or these updates are available from the Microsoft Download Center only.
