Module installation size / Disk space taken after the respective installation in megabytes (MB).

Windows platform

  • Installation package size (size of all of the files used for installation of the Agent) : 60 MB – varies for different platform TPK.
  • Size on the disk after installation: 230 MB
  • Amount of RAM used when agent is idle : 5 MB
  • Potential upper limit of RAM used during data collection : min = 10 MB, avg=13 MB, max =140 MB
  • Potential amount of temporary disk spaced used during data collection : 5 MB.
  • Potential upper limit of CPU Utilization during a data collection. : avg = 2% and spikes to 60% when available.
  • Microsoft SQL Server RAW DC Content – 40 MB/11 MB

 UNIX platform

  1. RHEL:
    •  Installation package size: 75 MB
    •  Size on the disk after installation: 190 MB
    •  Amount of RAM used when agent is idle : 2 MB
  2. Solaris:
    •  Installation package size: 80 MB
    •  Size on the disk after installation: 512 MB
    •  Amount of RAM used when agent is idle : 3 MB
  3. AIX PPC64:
    •  Installation package size: 190 MB
    •  Size on the disk after installation: 430 MB
    •  Amount of RAM used when agent is idle : 6 MB
  4. HPUX PARISC:
    •  Installation package size: 110 MB
    •  Size on the disk after installation: 465 MB
    •  Amount of RAM used when agent is idle : 5 MB
  5. HPUX Itanium:
    •  Installation package size: 140 MB
    •  Size on the disk after installation: 420 MB
    •  Amount of RAM used when agent is idle : 5 MB
