How to Generate a User Case Access Report

Generating a User Case Access Report is an essential user auditing tool. The following steps generate the user report list. This feature can be accessed only by System Manager users.
1. In Clearwell, under the Case Management tab, click the Home (or System, depending on the version of Clearwell) tab.
2. In the System section, click Users.
3. Select Show option: Enabled Users.
4. Click Export.
The User Report prints as a CSV file, organized by User Name and cases to which they have access.
5. Open Microsoft Excel to view the report.
