Verifying the Veritas Operations Manager Enterprise Server 5.0 installation

You verify the Veritas Operations Manager Enterprise Server installation by making sure that the program is installed and the services are started.

To verify the Veritas Operations Manager Enterprise Server installation

  1. On the Enterprise Server host, open the Windows Control Panel and launch Programs and Features.

  2. Verify that Veritas Operations Manager Enterprise Server is in the list of installed programs.

  3. On the Services panel, verify that the following services have started:

    • Veritas Storage Foundation Messaging Service

    • Cognos10

    • SQLANYWHERE_VOMER_<ServerName>

    • VOM Enterprise Server Authentication Service

    • VOM Enterprise Server Service
