You must have Administrator privilege or Operator privilege on the parent cluster of the host to perform this task. To unfreeze a host that was frozen persistently, you must have the Administrator privilege.

To unfreeze cluster hosts

  1. In the Veritas Operations Manager console, select Manage > Clusters.

  2. In the list of clusters, click the required cluster.

  3. Click Hosts.

  4. From the list, select the hosts to unfreeze and do one of the following:

    • Click Actions above the hosts list and select Unfreeze.

    • Right-click on any selected row to display the shortcut menu, and select Unfreeze.

  5. In the Unfreeze host (system) page, click OK to confirm the action.

  6. In the Result page, verify that the host has been successfully unfrozen. Click OK.
