How can I force a manual synchronization of the Notification Server information to Helpdesk?

How can synchronization of the resource and incident data with Notification Server be forced so that the data will be available in Helpdesk? An example of when this may be needed is if ownership of a resource is modifed in Notification Server and you want that association updated for Helpdesk. Note: The Synchronize resource and incident data with Notification Server settings are located in the Altiris Console. Click Configuration tab > Configuration > Server Settings > Notification Server Settings > Incident Settings. The default settings for Synchronize resource and incident data with Notification Server is the option is checked and the Synchronication interval value is 3600 (seconds) [1 hour].
To force the "Synchronize resource and incident data with Notification Server" to take place immediately, enter the following in a browser on the Notification Server:
The following page appears:
Click AutoUpdate.The following page appears:
Click the Invoke button.
The following page appears.
It may take a few minutes, but the resource and incident data will be synchronized from Notification Server to Helpdesk.
