Change Management process: Closed state

The Closed state is a state in the Change Management process.

To reach this state, a close code must be provided. It can be one of the following:

  • Success - The change was implemented.

  • Failure - The change cannot be implemented for some reason.

  • DeniedByCm - Change manager denies Request.

  • DeniedByCab - CAB denies the plan.
