Periodically it may be necessary to clear the native view errors.  These steps will not always correct the issue but is a good first step to correcting a native rendering issue because they are simple, quick and painless.
 

1. Navigate to System
2. Choose Support Features
3. Pull down the option Clear Native View Rendering Errors
4. Choose the case concerned from the pull down
5. Click the submit button
