How to backup a PST file that is associated to an IMAP account using Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option

Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option does not support the backup of PST files that are associated to an IMAP account. In order to backup such a PST file, please ensure that the feature to backup PST files incrementally is disabled as shown in FIG.1 and then close the Outlook client. This will allow the PST file that is associated to an IMAP account to be backed up in its entirety.
