How do you add a Lookup Field in Helpdesk 6.0 SP5?
Adding a Lookup Field is one of the few customizations outlined in the Helpdesk Product Guide. Unfortunately, when the SP5 Product Guide was published, the steps for doing so were not updated to reflect the new code.
Please note: This is considered a customization of the Heldpesk Solution. As such, Technical Support is unable to implement or troubleshoot this procedure.
