How do you add a Scalar Field in Helpdesk 6.0 SP5?
Answer
Adding a Scalar Field is one of the few customizations outlined in the Helpdesk Product Guide. Unfortunately, when the SP5 Product Guide was published, the steps for doing so were not updated to reflect the new code.
