Why does selecting Typical or Custom display the same features on the Installation Type dialog?

Question
Why are the same features pre-selected when selecting the Typical or Custom features in the Installallation Type dialog?
Answer
During runtime, if Typical is selected from the Installation Type dialog, the installation completes without giving the end user options to make changes to the pre-selected features that are being installed.
If Custom is selected, the typical choices will be displayed and the end user will have the option to deselect or select additional features to put down on the computer.
Complete must include all of the features included in Typical and Custom.
