Viewing the computer status on your Computers page

The Computers page provides an instant assessment of the status of all of your computers.

Table: Computers page components

Add Computers

The Add Computers button opens the Add a New Computer or Service page.

Table column headers

The table column headers can be used to sort computers by:

  • Name

  • Group

  • Last Online

  • OS

  • Health Status

Six-dot button

The six-dot button enables you to drag and drop a computer to another group listed in the left pane.

Actions column

The Actions column pop-up displays the following tasks depending on the service:


The Endpoint Protection tasks are disabled if the agent is offline or unavailable. The Backup tasks are always enabled.

Endpoint Protection

  • Quick Scan

  • Full Scan

  • Check Virus Definition


  • Backup

  • Restore

  • Storage

Computer name link

The computer name serves as a link to each computer's profile page.

Service status icons

Gives you an at-a-glance summary of the health of your subscribed computers. Hover over the icons to view their health status. If there are any issues, a pop-up lists all the details and any actions to be taken. The condition of the services on each computer is indicated with these icons.

  • The green icon indicates good status.

  • The yellow icon indicates there are non-critical issues to resolve.

  • The red icon indicates there are critical issues to resolve.

Left pane elements

The left pane provides:

  • Filter by Groups

  • Link to Add New Group

  • Filter by Services

  • Filter by Computer Status

  • List of Quick Tasks

Quick Tasks

The Quick Tasks section dynamically displays available options. These options include, but are not limited to:
