You only see the General tab when trying to configure a Central Quarantine server

Problem
You installed Central Quarantine server, but when you try to configure it, you only see the General tab.
Solution
During the installation of Central Quarantine server you are given two installation options: HTTP based, and Email based. HTTP based is the default choice. If you choose the Email option, then you will only see the general tab. To have the other tabs, you must uninstall Central Quarantine server, and then install it again with the HTTP based option.
