Issue

You migrate a primary NetWare server from an earlier version of Norton or Symantec AntiVirus to Symantec AntiVirus 10.0. The NetWare console shows that Symantec AntiVirus 10.0 is installed. When you click the server in Symantec System Center, the server's Status appears as Disabled. The root certificate does not appear in the SAV\PKI\roots folder on the NetWare server.

Solution

This problem is fixed in Symantec AntiVirus 10.0.1. For information about how to obtain the latest build of Symantec AntiVirus, read Obtaining an upgrade or update for Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition or Symantec Client Security.
