To download product information and new builds

1. Go to the Symantec FileConnect Web site.
2. In the Serial Number box, type the serial number that is printed on your certificate or upgrade insurance notice, and then click Submit Serial Number. If you do not know your serial number, contact Symantec Enterprise Customer Service.
3. Click your language to log on to the FileConnect system.
4. On the Software Terms and Conditions page, click I Agree.
5. Under Product Description, select the product that you want to download and then click Limit File List.
6. Place a checkmark next to the product files you want to download and then click Download Selected Files.
7. In the Download Manager window, click Browse and pick a location to download your selected files.
8. Once your download location is picked, click OK to begin downloading your files.

Basic or Essential support customers in other regions
Refer to the technical support telephone number that you received when you purchased your product and maintenance contract. For a list of technical support telephone numbers in other regions, go to the Symantec Worldwide Corporate Directory Web site.

Customers without a support contract
To purchase a current version of a Symantec product, go to the Symantec PartnerNet Locator Web site to locate a Symantec Partner.
