Troubleshooting "Page cannot be displayed" in Reporting technology.
"Page cannot be displayed" on Home Tab.
This error usually occurs when IIS is configured to require authentication or if the anonymous user account is not configured correctly. First step to identify authentication issues is to open a browser and attempt to connect to the IIS server.
If you are prompted to authenticate, then the issue is most likely a improperly configured authentication setting.
To verify the correct authentication settings, go to the website properties, directory security tab. Select Authentication and verify that Enable Anonymous Access is selected and that the user account supplied is a valid user account with appropriate rights.
