Troubleshooting "Page cannot be found" in Reporting technology.
Typically when there are issues with finding a page or if there is corruption when viewing a page, it is generally associated with PHP. IIS does not natively support PHP, so Symantec provides a PHP compiler with the install of SEP. The first recommended troubleshooting step to take when dealing with a PHP issue is to verify that the PHP links in IIS are still intact and correctly configured. To do this, Select Properties on the Reporting Virtual Directory. On the Virtual Directory Tab, select the configuration button. In the Mappings tab, verify that the .php extension is tied to the php-cgi.exe executable. The php-cgi should be located in the SEPM folder. The Verbs setting should also be configure to All Verbs and the Script Engine checkbox should be checked.
