Error: "Error EBAB001A: An unknown exception has occurred" with Symantec LiveState Recovery

Problem
You installed Service Pack 1 for Windows 2003 Server or Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. When you use Symantec LiveState Recovery to create an image, you see the following error message:
"Error EBAB001A: An unknown exception has occurred"
Solution
This problem has been resolved with the latest update for Symantec LiveState Recovery 3.0. The latest update version for LiveState Recovery is 3.03. To obtain LiveState Recovery 3.03, contact Symantec Enterprise Technical Support.
