Problem
You log on to a managed client that runs Microsoft® Windows® XP. Then you notice that Windows sometimes stops responding after "Loading Personal Settings" appears. This behavior occurs occasionally only on some Windows XP clients.
Solution
This issue has been addressed in later versions of the Windows Agent (7.1.2 and later). Please obtain the latest version of the Windows Agent from Symantec Support and upgrade your clients.
