After installing the Ghost Console Client it does not show up in the Ghost Console

You have installed a Ghost Console Client on a computer that you rebuilt or reinstalled and it doesn't appear in the Ghost Console.
If the client computer was previously added to the Ghost Console prior to being reinstalled/rebuilt, then the Ghost Console may display the previous machine name.
Look in the Machine Groups of your Ghost Console for the old client name. Once found, run a Refresh Configuration task against that machine in order to update the host name.
The Ghost Console recognizes clients by MAC address.
