Problem
pcAnywhere hosts are not able to connect to an Access Server with a Fully Qualified Domain Name 24 or more characters long.
Environment
pcAnywhere Box versions and Solution versions are both effected by this behavior.
Solution
For a pcAnyehere host to be able to dock to an Access server the Access server must have a Fully Qualified Domain name of less than 24 characters.
A work around will be to shorten the Access server's fully qualified domain name to fewer than 24 characters or use the IP of the Access Server.
