Unable to create bootable USB disk through Ghost Boot Wizard in Ghost Solution Suite 2.5.

Problem
You are trying to create a bootable USB disk, most likely one 4GB or larger, and the Ghost Boot Wizard fails unexpectedly.
Cause
Known issues resolced in later updates would prevent writing to some USB flash drives.
Solution
Run the LiveUpdates for Ghost Solution Suite 2.5. You can do this by opening the Ghost Explorer and choosing Help > LiveUpdate. Repeat this until LiveUpdate reports no more updates are available (usually three or four times).
