Problem
While installing a RMS or bv-Control hotfix the following error may be displayed:
String variable is not large enough for string.
Check the string declarations.
Error 401.
Solution
This error is due to the temporary extraction path being too long.
Right-Click the hotfix web package executable and unzip using Winzip® or other third party compression tool. Then run the setup.exe file contained in the client directory.
