Error : "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" when using an online help

Problem
You are using a link to an online help file (.chm). If you click on a Topic in the Table of Contents, an error is given:
"The Page Cannot Be Displayed."
Solution
Since the introduction of Microsoft Security Update MS05-026, .chm files located on a network server will not work properly. Clicking a Topic in the Table of Contents will result in a "Page Cannot Be Displayed." message.
The consequences of installing this security update are that the downloaded .chm files are now treated as untrusted files, so their content is blocked until the user elects to unblock it. In all cases, the .chm file is located on a network server.
Files on the user's hard disk are not affected by this patch, so the error can be avoided by moving the .chm files to the local hard drive.
