o Business hours for Basic Support are determined by regional business hours.
o Business hours for Essential and Platinum support are 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

· Open a new technical support case online at https://mysupport.symantec.com.
- o Log into MySupport using your Symantec Contact ID and password.
o To obtain a contact ID and password for the MySupport website, please send an e-mail to supportsolutions@symantec.com.
o Be sure to provide the following information in the e-mail:
