Use either of the following options to contact technical support:


    ·       Open a new technical support case online at
            o      Log into MySupport using your Symantec Contact ID and password.

            o      To obtain a contact ID and password for the MySupport website, please send an e-mail to

            o      Be sure to provide the following information in the e-mail:

                Company Name

                Company Address

                Contact Name, email address, and phone number

                On the left panel you will see the following;

                My Cases
                Submit Case
                Case List
Select Submit Case
