Multiple training options are available to learn Control Compliance Suite (CCS).


TECHNICAL MANUALS
 
Use the support manuals. "Getting Started Guides" for CCS products are located inside the install set or online.

Find them in .PDF format inside the install set on the DVD.  To locate the manuals, browse to the directory New Folder\InstallSet\Docs\Getting Started Guides\*.PDF.

Attend a CCS webcast.  Webcasts are free and available weekly on Wednesdays.  To register for a CCS webcast, visit http://go.symantec.com/tech_webcasts or contact your Symantec Sales Representative.
