Problem
Error "There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper" when running a query in Control Compliance Suite (CCS) Data Collection
Cause
Connection to the Information Server (IS) fails because of an RPC service error.
Solution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- On the IS, Click Start > Run. Type services.msc and press Enter.
- Restart the bvProcessManager service.
- Restart the RPC Server service.
- Run the query again.
