Error: "Access Denied" when trying to access Bindview Information Server from a remote RMS Console

Description:
The machine wide Limits Launch and Activation security descriptor is invalid. It contains Access Control Entries with permissions that are invalid. The requested action was therefore not performed. This security permission can be corrected using the Component Services administrative tool.
Solution
Click on Start > Run.
- Type in dcomcnfg and click on OK.
- Expand Component Services > Computers and select My Computer.
- Right-click on My Computer. Select Properties.
- Click on COM Security.
- Remove "BV Console Users" and "BV Console Admins" from "Access Permissions" and "Launch and Activation Permissions" by clicking on Edit Limits.
- Restart the computer.
- Click on Start > Run.
- Type in dcomcnfg and click on OK.
- Expand Component Services > Computers and select My Computer.
- Right-click on My Computer. Select Properties.
- Click on COM Security.
- Add "BV Console Users" and "BV Console Admins" from "Access Permissions" and "Launch and Activation Permissions" by clicking on Edit Limits.
- Restart the computer.
- Verify that there are no more DCOM errors in the Event Log with "Event ID 10020" after the last restart.
