Error in Symantec Risk Management System (RMS) Console when exporting from Run | And Export using the right-click option against a Query Binder.

Problem
In RMS Data Collection, exporting from Run | And Export (right-click on a query binder) fails with error "Encountered error error 0xe2f, Description : Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'JobResultSet_PK' Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.JobResultSet.' ErrorSource : Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server, native error 0xa43, HelpFile : error 0xe2f"
Cause
Exporting a query from the right-click option Run | And Export, creates an Unattended export. Unattended exporting relies on credentials in the Users Export Settings. If there is a problem with the listed account, such as a the user's password has changed but this change has not been updated in the User Export Settings dialog box, the export will fail. Conversely,manually selecting Export from the query results grid is considered an Attended export and uses the account and password of the user logged on the machine at that time, not the credentials in the Export Settings.
Solution
Modify the User's Export Settings in the User Manager and make sure the account and password are correct.
