Problem
What is the purpose of Dynamic Indexing in the Scope tab of the Query builder dialog box in bv-control for Windows
Solution
Dynamic indexing reduces the display time of scope items under the Scope tab of the Query Builder dialog box. This feature alphabetically categorizes large numbers of nodes, or scope items, into several folders. Dynamic index folders also enable you to quickly find the scope items that you want. The Information Server creates dynamic index folders according to the folder and the node settings that you define.
By default, dynamic indexing is enabled for all users of query-based bv-Control products. Each user has their own default dynamic indexing settings.
You use the Configure Dynamic Indexing dialog box to disable or modify your default dynamic index settings. You access this dialog box by checking the Configure Dynamic Indexing button under the Scope tab of the Query Builder dialog box.
