Below is a list of November 2009 updates that need to be applied and the order they are recommended to be applied;
It is strongly recommended that the readme notes are read before applying the updates,quickfixes or hotfixes:

After applying the November 2009 update you must remember to update all your Query Engines;

Verify that CHF=8 on BVIS as well as all Query Engines
