Cause



Lotus Notes email has been specified in the export settings, but not configured.

Solution



To use export to Lotus Notes email:

1. Install and configure the Lotus Notes email client is installed on the BindView Information (BVIS) server machine.
2. Verify that on the BindView Information Server (BVIS) the machine's Path variable contains the path to the VIM32.DLL which is used by the BVIS when interfacing with the Lotus email client.
3. Configure the RMS console User Manager Export Settings for the Lotus Notes ID that will be used for exporting:
In the RMS Console select the User Manager Icon, then select the user that is running the query, and click "Modify."
Select the "Export Settings" tab, then select "Lotus Notes" from the list, and click on the ellipses (...) to configure Lotus Notes
Enter the user name and password for the Lotus Notes user account that will be used for the export.
