Problem
How to remove the ISO licenses
Error
Provide license for following component(s) to proceed with the installation;
Provide license for following component(s) to proceed with the installation; ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and ISO/IEC 27002:2005
Cause
Previous ISO licenses have been installed or no longer valid.
Solution
cancel the install
verify the CCS R&A console can be launched with no issue.
Close the CCS R&A console
Open -> Control Panel
Select -> Add/Remove Software
Select -> Symantec Control Compliance Suite 9.0.1 - Reporting and Analytics
Select -> Uninstall
Select -> Select Components ( Uninstall the selected components)
Note: In the next screen Please make note that SELECT components to be REMOVED. All components are selected at default. If you only want to remove the ISO components be sure to unselect all components with the exception of any ISO components.
Example displays the removal of all the ISO/IEC components !!!
The ISO components have been removed.
Apply the November 2009 Cumulative Hot Fix (CHF) per instructions and the update is completed.
