Problem
Software Delivery Task status window does not load correctly; the Status of the Tasks is missing.
Environment
SWD 6.1 HF1
NS 6.0 SP2 and SP3
Cause
This defect was found in SWD 6.1 SP1– HF1 (Build 6.1.1034.1007)
Solution
There are two possible causes for this issue. One is the defect mentioned in the Cause section. This defect has been fully corrected in version Software Delivery Solution for Windows 6.1 SP2 (build 6.1.1049).
The second cause is the managment of Events. The Status tab relies on events sent up from the Agent as the Task is prepped and executed. Purging and disabling of events can cause this tab to have unexpected results.
