Problem
When trying to compile an installation that builds a PocketPC or Smartphone installation, the following error appears:
"Failed to create mobile device Install. See WiseErr.txt located at "c:\path\to\install" for more information."
The file WiseErr.txt reads:
"Error: Section [SourceDisksFiles] is required"
