'time out expired' Altiris eXpress Server

DS will not start. Getting 'time out expired' error

Restarted all the DS services
eXpress services is using a domain account as a logon services.
eXpress_log.ldf = 13.5  gig
eXpress.mdf = 381 megs
Set the Recovery Model to Simple
SQLSERVERAGENT is running
Errors on SQL None
The processor  is not overwelmed on SQL box or DS

Environment



Deployment Server 6.1.375 ( This error was reported with this build)
SQL is on a Separate Box

Solution




Uninstall the DS server and reinstalling the DS server.
The latest build of Deployment Server is 6.8.206.
