KNOWN ISSUE: Using Find Ticket causes a redirect window to open an unrelated ticket

When using the Find Ticket feature, this opens the found ticket, but then a second window opens that redirects the ticket window to an unrelated ticket. This may be an imported Helpdesk 6 ticket, or a ticket that was created by email.

There is no solution to this issue at this time. This is currently being researched by Symantec Technical Support.
A workaround is to click on the Cancel button to avoid the redirection.
