Error "Symantec Management Server Error" occurs for several Dell Client Manager pages with Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP4

Problem
DCM will not load several web parts in Dell Client Manager 3.1 once Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP4 is installed.
The webpart will display the following error in its frame:
"Symantec Management Server Error
An error has occurred that prevents Symantec Management Console displaying correctly
Environment
Dell Client Manager 3.1
Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP4
Cause
Changes to the Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP4 make the web.config no longer compatible. This is a product defect that will be resolved permanently in a future build of Dell Client Manager.
Solution
The current workaround to this issue is to replace the web.config for Dell Client Manager 3.1 once Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP4 has been installed.
The current web.config can be found here:
c:\Program Files\Altiris\Dell Client Manager\Web\web.config
Replace this web.config with the one attached to this KB to resolve this issue.
