The SSIM Assets Table is not being updated by Symantec Endpoint Event State Collector

The Assets table does not get updated by the SEP State Events Collector



1. Asset Detector might not be enabled. Make sure that the Symantec Endpoint Protection product is listed in Assets Detector properties. To verify this navigate to Rules --> Monitors -->Asset Detector

2. Or the Auto-updateable field is not enabled for all specified networks. Navigate to System -->Administration --> Networks.


Make sure that the Assets Detector are enabled. Here is where these settings are found within the product:

Check the Network node and check the box for all internal networks.
