| After renewing or reactivating an expired license, the firewall status that is displayed may be not match the actual level on smartphone devices
If you configure a device to have a "high" firewall setting, and then activate a license, the actual firewall level is reset to "none" however in the interface, the level is displayed as "high." Restarting the firewall or rebooting the device does not resolve the discrepancy. To workaround this issue, the only known fix is to manually change the firewall level to match. |
