Issue

The ability to determine if a host was connected to as a super user or not is needed.

Environment

pcAnywhere 12.5 prior to sp2 this can be corrected with an update.  In pcAnywhere 12.5 sp2 this is included and logged as an event id 127.

Solution

An updated awhlogon.dll file has been created that has the ability to identify if a user was a super user or not. In the log that is created three astrics will be placed after the user name if the caller was a super user (see below for an example).

To install the updated awhlogon.dll file the host service must be stopped then the awhlogon.dll file needs to be rplaced with the one in the included superuser.rar file atached to this document. The host service then can be restarted.

This file is intended to be used with pcAnywhere 12.5 build 442superuser.rar
