Problem
When Performing a Disaster Recovery of a Windows 2003 Small Business Server the IDR wizard fails to start due to missing dependency files.
Solution
When Performing a Disaster Recovery of a Windows 2003 Small Business Server the IDR wizard fails to start due to missing dependency files. The bootable CD will load to the Magenta Screen but the wizard will hang as it is not able to load the dependency files.

WORKAROUND:
Perform a Manual Disaster Recovery of the server
RESOLUTION:
This issue has been resolved in Backup Exec for Windows Servers version 12.5 with Hotfix 346104. See related documents.
After applying the hotfix recreate the IDR recovery media.
