Problem
After upgrade to Backup Exec 2010, the Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) information for mailbox(s)/Mailbox database(s) may not be visible in the restore view when arranged with "View By Resource" as shown in Figure 1.
Solution

However, GRT information may still be visible if the restore view is arranged with "View by Media" as shown in Figure 2.

To resolve the issue follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Stop the Backup Exec Services.
2. Open a command prompt on the media server.
3. Change the directory to the Backup Exec installation directory: \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec
4. Type the follow and then press Enter: catrebuildindex -r
5. After the process completes, scroll up and confirm the log show files were successfully migrated.
6. Restart all of the Backup Exec Services on the media server.
