Issue

RAO prompts for drivers at 99% even when the same drivers have already been added to customize the SRD being used for recovery.

Error

Error loading operating system or BSOD

Solution

The option to create a customizes SRD allows drivers to be added to WinPE on the SRD that are required to boot a server in a recovery environment to perform for a restore. The injected drivers during the customized SRD creation process are not added to the DDB folder, which contains the drivers for loading Windows after the restore finishes. Hence, the drivers for hardware may be significantly different from the source server, and the end user may be prompted at 99% of the restore process for drivers to be loaded for a successful booting into Windows after the reboot when the restore process completes.
