Startup failure is reported for VSD drivers when a Media Server is running on Windows Server 2008 R2.

VSD is a device driver for robotics libraries. TechNote 345177 describes the pair of the driver and the inquiry strings of all supported libraries.  Please check the TechNote to determine the VSD driver name.
