Task clients are unable to register to a task server when no other task servers are avilable. The "Allow maximum computers to be exceeded if a computer can not connect to any other server" option is checked.

This is a sample of the register message:

 <![CDATA[Attempting to register using ""]]></event>

<event date='Apr 05 16:32:13' severity='2' hostName='CVGAPP67D' source='Client Task Agent' module='client task agent.dll' process='aexnsagent.exe' pid='1252' thread='3672' tickCount='1344582125' >

Note that lastResort=true. This switch should tell the server to allow the connection if the exceed that max option above is checked.
